Goat Cheese Bruschetta with Cranberries & Pecans

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
1/2 baguette, sliced into 12 rounds
1 clove garlic, halved
12 basil leaves, washed
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/3 cup (75g) chopped pecans
1 pkg (300g) Celebrity International goat cheese with cranberries, sliced
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and place under the broiler for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
With the cut side of the garlic clove rub onto the toasted baguette slices.
Place one basil leaf, one slice of tomato onto each baguette slice. Top each with chopped pecans and a slice of goats cheese.
Place back under the broiler for another minute or until warm and the goat cheese is soft. Serve warm as an hors d'oeuvre.
