Tomino Cheese over Grilled Pepper


Servings: 1  |  Featured Product:  Menu Char-Grilled Peppers

Ingredients

Tomino Cheese Duck Confit
Fresh basil leaves to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
4 slices of Menu Grilled Peppers N°4


Directions

Lightly grill the Tomino cheese, cut in half lengthwise and stuff with red pepper, place the stuffed cheese over a wedge of yellow pepper, and bake in preheated oven at 375° F for 5 minutes. Serve hot and garnish with basil leaves and extra virgin olive oil.
