Gorgonzola Potato Pie

2 lbs. Potatoes
1/2 cup Gorgonzola (thinly sliced)
5 tbsp Butter
Salt and pepper
Boil and mash potatoes.
Butter a baking dish and evenly spread half of mashed potatoes into it.
Cover with thin slices of gorgonzola.
Cover with remaining mashed potatoes.
Place bits of butter on top and bake at 290°F for 8 minutes.
