Pizza Margherita


Servings: 4  |  Featured Product:  Zerto Fresh Mozzarella

Ingredients

1 Prepared pizza dough
1 tbsp Olive oil
3 Ripe plum tomatoes, cut into thin slices
1 1/2 cups Zerto Fresh Mozzarella, diced
6 Fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp salt


Directions

Preheat oven to 425° F. Place pizza dough on lightly oiled pan. Brush with 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Place tomato slices on the dough; top with Zerto Fresh Mozzarella, chopped basil, salt and remaining olive oil. Bake pizza for 25 to 30 minutes or until top and bottom crust are nicely browned. Cut into wedges and serve.
