1/4 cup asiago cheese (grated)
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
1 clove of finely chopped garlic
In a sauce pan, melt butter and garlic, making sure not to burn garlic. Add heavy cream and let thicken, add cheese and mix together with fork until thickened. Add pasta.
Add chicken or shrimp for a variation.
