The Menù specialities do not use preservatives and undergoes severe quality controls. Cooking takes place after the sealing of the product, thus exalting the taste and aroma, just like a pressure cooker. The ingredients are extremely fresh and most of them come from the flourishing farms of the Emilia Region and from the principal national and foreign markets.
